Technician / Field Service Engineer
Hawaii Pacific X-ray Corporation is seeking a Technician / Field Service Engineer to join our experienced service team.
Primary responsibilities: Repairing, maintaining and calibrating medical diagnostic equipment within a specific geographic territory.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in electronics or formal electronic vocational training
- 2-3 years field service engineering experience, preferably with medical diagnostic equipment strongly desired
- Sound knowledge of electronics and electromechanical devices is required
- Displays time management skills and completes all requested service calls in a prompt and efficient manner
- Must be a self-starter and work well without supervision
- Ability to manage and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Must be reliable and available to work 40 hours a week, sometimes weekends
- Demonstrates strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work well and efficiently under pressure
- Displays strong attention to detail
- Must be a team player, but be able to work well independently on other occasions
- Ability to self-manage on numerous projects
- Must exercise high moral character and social responsibility
- Requires heavy lifting up to 70lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and clean abstract is a must

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly desired preferably in business, marketing or sciences
- 2-3 years sales and marketing experience, preferably in medical sales
- Experience as a radiology tech or diagnostic imaging background is a plus
- Must have experience with meeting consistent sales quotas
- Must be self-motivated, reliable and results oriented with an ability to close sales
- Displays time management skills
- Completes all requested sales calls in a prompt and efficient manner
- Ability to manage and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Must be organized and pays strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well and efficiently under pressure
- Must be computer proficient
- Must be a team player, but be able to work well independently on other occasions

Warehouse Coordinator
Hawaii Pacific X-ray Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator.
Primary responsibilities: Perform duties in inventory control, purchasing of x-ray parts and supplies, tracking and receiving of parts, consumables and high value equipment. Have knowledge of incoming and outgoing freight costs and safety compliances.
Qualifications:
- Requires all-around excellent customer service skills
- Displays excellent communications skills, especially telephone skills for customer follow-up and to perform inside sales duties
- Must be computer proficient and have knowledge of MS Word, Excel
- Ability to multi-task numerous projects
- Must be able to perform duties with minimal training and supervision
- Must be reliable and available to work 30-40 hours a week
- Demonstrates strong problem solving skills and intiative
- Displays strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must work well independently as well as with a team
- Must exercise high moral character and social responsibility
- Prior warehouse management experience is a plus
